Shipping Policy:
Orders placed before [Noon] on a business day (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day. (Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary if demand is high, weather conditions or simple things that are beyond our control, but effective communication will be received)
Please note that our shipping times are based on business days and do not include weekends, October 25th, or major holidays. Orders placed on Friday after the cutoff time, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next business day after a major holiday.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow additional time for delivery based on the shipping method selected at checkout. (If you do not automatically receive a confirmation email please check your junk email)
Delivery Confirmation & Lost Package Policy:
Once an order has been shipped, the customer assumes responsibility for the package. All orders are fulfilled and shipped to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is accurate and secure.
Our business relies on third-party carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) for delivery. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are unable to control or guarantee the security of the package at the delivery location.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must:
- Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
- Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side doors, etc.)
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered.
For customers concerned about package security, we strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery location, requiring signature confirmation (if available), or arranging delivery to a location where someone can receive the package.
